There maybe occassions where the Local Authority request specialist reports to investigate specific issues in relation to the site to ensure that your development will not have a detrimental effect on the environment.

It is also important to ensure that there are no issues with the ground conditions or local environment that may have an impact on the construction or on the health of the occupants when the building is complete.
